These are forms used to evaluate this course:

- The 'How was today?' form, to be filled in at the end of the day

For teachers: what is in the 'How was today?' form?
Here we review what you have learned today and where you can share your feedback.
The goals of these questions is to: (1) remind you what you have learned, (2) find out how effective the course has been, (3) improve the course.
Give you confidence levels of the following statements, using this scale:
- 0: I don't know even what this is about ...?
- 1: I have no confidence I can do this
- 2: I have low confidence I can do this
- 3: I have some confidence I can do this
- 4: I have good confidence I can do this
- 5: I absolutely can do this!
