icc

There are multiple compilers on the UPPMAX HPC clusters. This page describes icc, an Intel C compiler.

The Intel compiler is part of the intel module and can be used to:

• Compile a C program

Working together with this Intel compiler are:

• A debugger called gdb
• An obsolete debugger called idb
• Some general profiler called Intel VTune and Intel Advisor
